Nous allons voir comment la relaxation peut être un outil indispensable pour éviter les ennuis et l’angoisse et le stress.

La relaxation représente un relâchement corporel total qui est lié au délassement de tonus musculaire.

La relaxation est incontestablement le meilleur remède contre le stress. Pratiquer la relaxation pour se libérer du stress est vraiment une excellente méthode pour mieux vivre. La relaxation par son effet adaptant et rééquilibrant permet de diminuer incessamment les effets du stress.

Quand de relaxation est activée, votre rythme cardiaque devient plus calme, vous respirer d’une manière plus harmonieuse, ainsi que votre tension se stabilise et vos muscles se décontractent.

Masters in transpersonal psychology, certifications in Coaching Intégral and Psychosynthesis, Bachelors in Economics, Foundational Training in Chinese Medicine and Fine Arts. 20 years of experience working in various capacities for multi-nationals and boutique firms in Europe and the USA.

Our work together is not just about techniques. Who am I as a person, your willingness to make the change, and our dynamic collaboration is what creates success.

My approach is pragmatic and experiential in that we work with concrete problems (or define them clearly) and use them as passage ways and benchmarks by which we delve into the work, as well as assess progress and development. You learn concepts, frameworks, processes, and practices from our sessions, and you are given work to do in between sessions. My sessions are highly interactive, proactive, and dynamic. I follow up each session with a written report that many of my clients find valuable. I also support your ongoing work by email as long our work continues.
