Who am I ?

My name is Céline Dubois, and I am certified in hypnotherapy, having completed the Rapid Transformational Therapy course of renowned therapist Marisa Peer.

Today I support women through three core pillars:

Nervous system regulation

Our contemporary society promotes speed and accumulation, fostering chronic anxiety and hypervigilance.

An imbalanced nervous system may include:

  • A constant state of alertness;
  • Chronic fatigue;
  • Disproportionate reactions.

Hypnosis helps you return to yourself, soothe anxiety, and realign with your core values by quieting the external noise of the world.

Emotional growth

Understanding, expressing, and releasing emotions are essential tools to know ourselves and embrace our authenticity.

Emotional immaturity may include:

  • Difficulty protecting our personal space;
  • A need for external approval;
  • Confusion about our own feelings.

Hypnosis allows you to improve your relationship with yourself, as well as with others.

Relationship with food

Changing the way we eat goes far beyond simply aiming to lose weight. It’s about supporting our physical health, which directly affects our mental well-being. Certain foods can feed chronic pain and overstimulate the nervous system. Eating behaviors may also reveal unresolved emotional wounds.

Toxic eating habits may include:

  • Refilling your plate without feeling hungry;
  • Snacking to escape emotional discomfort;
  • Eating in secret.

Hypnosis helps uncover the (often unconscious) roots of these patterns and gently reprogram a healthier relationship with our body.

My holistic approach to mental and physical well-being is the result of 15 years of experience dedicated to creating meaningful and lasting change.

I guide women to break free from repetitive patterns and create a renewed sense of personal and relational fulfillment.
