La relaxation représente un relâchement corporel total qui est lié au délassement de tonus musculaire.

For me, it’s important that parents and children feel immediately understood and supported, thanks to a personal approach and confidential moments of exchange during consultations.

I have been a primary school teacher myself, teaching grades 5 and 6 in Dutch immersion. I have also worked as a crisis counselor for “Opgroeien”, thanks to my degree in applied psychology. With this professional background, I have already been able to counsel 36 families as a psychological consultant.

Sessions can take place in my office (Brussels area), online or at home.

I am also fluent in Dutch, French, English and Lingala.
